The On Every Street Special Limited Edition CD (UK, Vertigo PHIL1) was a promotional CD released by Philips, main On Every Street Tour sponsor. It also included this track along with the exclusive Calling Elvis remix by Bob Clearmountain. One ultra rare promotional CD, from Japan, has Millionaire Blues as the last track (Nippon Phonogram, SND-31)
